A Pioneer and Leader in the Savannah Real Estate Community since 1964, where he started with the Hugh Armstrong Real Estate Company. Murray has been an influence in the continued growth of Savannah and its surrounding Communities.  Murray is a Savannah Developer, Real Estate Broker and Builder who's many projects include the development of Savannah Mall, Oglethorpe Professional Plaza, The Cay Building on Johnson Square, Residential Subdivisions in Georgetown Community, Dutch Island, Condominium Communities in Hilton Head, Tybee Island and Amelia Island a s well as many Assemblages for Private Warehouse Distribution Development serving Savannah's Growing Port.  Murray was actually featured in the August 14th, 1978 issue of Fortune Magazine for among other things being credited with making "Real Estate history" with what was at the time (1968) the largest land deal in Effingham County when he bought over 5,500 acres what is now the growth area of Rincon, Georgia. 

In addition to Real Estate Murray has been involved in Savannah's Banking Community; at 28 years old he was named to the Board of Directors for Atlantic Bank and Trust Company of Savannah while still keeping his Real Estate and Construction Companies running. In 1977, he became President of Atlantic Bank and led it from a Cease and Desist order to a "return to the black", a profitable expansion and ultimate sale in Fall 1983 to Bank  of the South.  

Murray has served on many boards, committees and councils over the years, including the Savannah Port Authority, Past President of Homebuilders Association of Savannah, Foreman Grand Jury Eastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia, Chatham Urban Transportation, Metropolitan Planning Commission, Senior Citizens Board, Correspondent Resources Inc, Savannah State University Advisory Committee to Business School, Savannah Country Day School Trustee, YMCA Board of Directors.,

 

Murray is a graduate of Savannah Country Day School and attended the University of Virginia, Armstrong State College, and a Graduate of National Institute of Real Estate, Leadership Savannah Program and the Leadership Georgia Program.

 

Murray and his beloved wife Helen (Heidt) have been married over 50 years and have four children, nine grandchildren and one Great Grandchild. Murray and Helen are actively involved in their faith and are members of Christ Church Anglican.

Joe Marshall

Joe is an Associate Broker licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and has worked exclusively with his father Murray Marshall learning the Real Estate Brokerage and Development Business.  Joe's background in Historical Research provides each project the baseline to achieve an Efficient Due Diligence Process.  Joe Responsibilities include Site Selection, Contract Negotiations for Acquisition, Disposition and Leasing Services including Land , Industrial, Restaurant, Retail and Office Transactions.

Joe is currently a Board Member of the Homebuilder's Association of Greater Savannah and a member of The Savannah Area Board of Realtors. 

 

Joe is a native of Savannah graduating from Benedictine Military School and The University of Georgia (BA-History 1998).

Joe and his wife Robin have Three children and One Grandchild, and are members of Savannah Christian Church. 

Jim Marshall

In addition to being a licensed Read Estate agent in Georgia, Jim Marshall joined Omega Construction in 2018 as a Project Manager. He graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC and has worked extensively in the horizontal and vertical aspects of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Construction and Development for the last 16 years. Jim has focused for the last 12 years in the luxury residential construction market primarily in the exclusive neighborhoods of Kiawah and Seabrook Island, SC and most recently in Historic Downtown Savannah and The Landings, where he has developed a keen eye for high end finish detail.

Jim’s first assignment with Omega is Project Manager for the Latitude Margaritaville Amenity Project in Hardeeville, SC. Jim’s responsibilities include pre-construction, estimating, subcontractor solicitation, purchasing, scheduling and contract administration for the projects he manages.

Jim is an inactive Licensed SC Homebuilder, and a Licensed Real Estate agent in SC and GA.  A native of Savannah, Jim is a professional musician in his spare time and enjoys playing golf, watching College of Charleston Basketball and University of Georgia football. Jim currently resides in Savannah, GA with his wife and three young children.
